My name is Smarlyn Villar, and I’m a bilingual Realtor who is passionate about people, community, and helping others reach their goals. I’m a caring, hardworking, and dedicated person who believes that every new chapter begins with a dream and that every dream deserves the opportunity to become a reality.
My journey to where I am today has shaped the way I serve others. I am the oldest of three siblings, and at just 14 years old, I came to the United States separated from my parents and siblings, carrying hopes and dreams for a better future. Growing up through that experience taught me the importance of family, sacrifice, perseverance, faith, and creating opportunities for yourself and the people you love. Those experiences have become a big part of who I am today.
My Christian faith has been at the center of my life since I was young. I have always believed that God gives us purpose and that we are called to use our gifts to serve and encourage others. My faith continues to guide the way I treat people with compassion, honesty, patience, and genuine care.
Before becoming a real estate professional, I developed a heart for helping others through my work in different fields of service. Today, I also work as a Behavior Health Technician, supporting children with autism and helping them develop skills, overcome challenges, and reach their individual goals. Working with children and families has taught me even more about patience, empathy, communication, and the importance of meeting every person where they are.
Real estate became another way for me to serve people. Buying or selling a home is more than a transaction it can represent a fresh start, a dream fulfilled, a place to build memories, or the beginning of an entirely new chapter. I understand that for many families, purchasing a home is one of the biggest decisions they will ever make, and I don’t take that responsibility lightly.
As a bilingual Realtor, I’m honored to serve both English and Spanish speaking clients and to help make the real estate process feel clear, comfortable, and less overwhelming.
