Validate your information by entering the access code that is sent to your email.
If you do not receive the access code within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder. If you still do not see it, click the I NEVER RECEIVED AN ACCESS CODE.
STEP 3
Read and agree to use secure electronic signature.
Once you agree and check the box by the yellow arrow, click CONTINUE.
STEP 4
Fill out the secure form with all required information.
After filling out the fields, select the SIGN button to electronically sign the DocuSign document.
Finally, select FINISH! Within 24 hours, we will pull an ACH payment directly from your account.
