Aileen Exeter

Born in Scranton, Aileen Exeter has always returned to this beautiful corner of Northeastern Pennsylvania she proudly calls home. She brings more than 30 years of real estate experience to Christian Saunders Real Estate and serves clients full time throughout the region.

Her practice focuses on residential sales, senior transitions, downsizing, and investment properties, with particular expertise in aging-in-place strategy and long-term planning. Aileen is a Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist (CAPS) and Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES®), and has spent more than 13 years working closely with seniors. As a baby boomer herself, she offers both professional expertise and personal insight to clients navigating these decisions.

Fluent in Russian, Aileen works comfortably with a diverse client base, providing clear communication and confidence throughout the process.

Before dedicating herself full time to real estate, Aileen worked in international business development and information technology, living and working in the People’s Republic of China, Hong Kong, India, Mexico, Eastern Europe, and Russia. That global experience sharpened her negotiation skills and strategic approach to every transaction.

Now based in Dunmore, Aileen combines deep local roots with international perspective to guide buyers and sellers through every step of the process with clarity, precision, and care.
