Fran Kellar

Fran was born and raised in the Wyoming Valley area of Luzerne County and has been a resident of Mountain Top for over 27 years. She attended Wilkes University and has over 15 years' experience in the advertising industry in both sales and management capacities.

In addition, she spent 12 years in the healthcare industry working as an ancillary consultant for employer-sponsored health care. With an extensive history of sales development and strong negotiation skills, Fran is excited to bring her expertise to the real estate industry.

In her spare time, she enjoys spending time at the beach, listening to music, and being with family and friends, as well as her two dogs.
